Winter Cohort 2023

Our team of five shepherded a brilliant founder through concept validation and new market potential. We dove deep into competitive analysis (this is a must every time) since the product had launched 5+ years prior. Our client wanted to know if, and if so how, she could pivot her business into a new space. This would require investment in infrastructure (tech, people, ops) and she wanted the data to back up that decision.

With three analysts (hello b-school students and industry-changers) and two co-leads (strategy and marketing senior leaders), we framed a series of three viable markets with corresponding go-to-market strategies for our client to consider.

The result? Options. Reassurance. The power to pivot.
