Winter Cohort 2023
In March 2023 we presented "Grow, Elevate, Refine: A guide for how classic and bold new strategies can build market share in a relatively undisrupted industry" for a bricks-and-clicks client in New York. Our charter focused on building a brand profile, analyzing the competition, and developing supplemental sales and marketing strategies for increased profitability. Engaging a team of consultants with the right background and expertise was critical to our 12-week engagement and we needed to get smart about the industry right away.
Our client was a powerhouse female co-founder duo with the intellect, stamina and zest to succeed. They launched during covid with the intention to grow thoughtfully and they wanted to be sure they were positioning themselves strategically (in store and online) in a super-niche industry with a discerning customer base. Our branded e-Book deliverable was designed to provide a narrative, give voice, and offer a menu of opportunities to our client for the next 18 months+.
We developed notable growth-focused recommendations and offered scenario planning on a classic-to-bold spectrum, fully customized for their brand. This was a fully in-person engagement. We were able to meet in their creative space, which fostered a strong sense of belonging and action for our team.
